We are all very excited to start seeing our lovely clients again in a safe and clean environment. Many parts of your service, especially check-in and check-out may look different. We are in total compliance of the guidelines that have been given to us by the state and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in the new steps we are all taking to stay open. Below is a detailed list, outlined by the state and county, for how business is to operate moving forward. Our hope is that this page will help you have a clearer idea of what to expect at your next visit.

 

When you arrive please stay in your car and text your stylist or esthetician that you have arrived. They may be finishing their last client or cleaning up so please wait until they reply that they are ready for you to enter.

 

A mask must be worn inside the salon at all times during your service. Please bring a mask that wraps around your ears and that you do not mind getting stained. Your mask must be well fitted, not loose, and completely cover your nose and mouth. If you don't have a mask or forget one, a mask may be provided for you.

 

Every person entering the salon will have their temperature taken on arrival and will be shown a form with a list of the following symptoms:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

 

If you have any of these symptoms at your appointment, you will need to reschedule after 14 days have passed. If you have any of these symptoms prior to your appointment, please contact the salon or your stylist to reschedule as soon as possible. Mandated by the county: clients cannot receive service if, in the two weeks prior to the appointment, clients have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19, or if clients have been in close contact with anyone who has exhibited such symptoms or who tested positive for COVID-19.

 

There will be no late fees charged for having to reschedule due to COVID-19. We ask that you please respect and take these guidelines seriously as we have a wide variety of clients of all ages. Any cases linked to our salon could result in a shut down.

Do not bring other people (other than a parent or guardian for a minor client or a caretaker for a disabled client) to your appointment.

Do not bring nonessential personal items to your appointment.

 

Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact.

Your service may look and feel a little different than usual as some stylists are modifying appointments within the first few weeks to accommodate more clients.

Clients must wash their hands at the beginning and at the end of their service in the salon. 

 

There may be an increase in your service charges to cover a higher overhead, modified booking schedules, extra product fee, etc. You may ask your stylist or esthetician directly if you have any specific questions.
